Hi I’m Susan & I’m a Certified Health Coach (DipCNM). You can read about my journey to becoming a Health Coach here.

However this page is dedicated to what I can do for you. Having 2 auto immune diseases and an underactive Thyroid means keeping on top of my health both physically & mentally. I can support you to do this too. I will help you to formulate a plan to your individualised needs to overcome Stress, Fatigue, Weight Issues, Manage Health Issues and achieve any short or long term goals, be it Health, Happiness or a Balanced Lifestyle.

Together we look at what your health challenges are. I delve into your current dietary plan and see if any changes need to be made to achieve better digestion and in turn less health issues. Don’t be alarmed, as this doesn’t require a huge overhaul of the foods you eat, but instead we look at small incremental changes. You’d be surprised at how much difference small changes can make, however it can be the initial motivation as keeping the new habits is the difficult part. This is where I can be of more value as I provide a plan that we devise together and I guide you through the weeks. My shortest plan is 4 weeks as it takes 28 days for a new habit to start to form.

Maybe you feel you aren’t physical enough and need that extra boost to get you started and maintaining a new regime that works for you. If this is the area you want to work on, I will help to devise a plan which stimulates you to being more active. Again this can be small, incremental changes and you will soon learn the many benefits of keeping moving. This will motivate you to make time in your busy routine for more physical activity.

Sometimes our emotional health is overlooked, yet this is so important to sustain a healthy body and mind overall. If we are happy we will be able to maintain health and fitness much easier. Stress is a huge cause of many health issues but can be reduced by simple techniques such as learning to sleep more efficiently, breathing correctly and exercising the right way. Being happy & content can be achieved in so many ways, but having goals and connecting with the community and environment can contribute to a healthier happy you.
